Built in 1990, the James Bond was one of the first fast and modern boats used for water taxi service in Amsterdam. Sleek and stylish, it offered a smooth ride and a smarter way to cross the city’s canals with up to 12 passengers.
Equipped with taximeters, mobile phones, and minibars, it was often used for business and private trips. A typical 5-kilometre ride cost 20 guilders (around $10.58), giving passengers speed, comfort, and clear 360° canal views.
